Current Loan Crysis

Current housing loan and market can be traced back to the Clinton administartion and when the Democrats controlled everything in the early 1990's.Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae were established so many Americans can own a home. Regulations were also put into place to make other lenders to do the same. This brought about people that have no business buying a home they could not afford, buying homes. Couple this with illegal immigrants buying up homes left and right, there was going to be trouble ahead. About 5 years ago, both President Bush and Senator John McCain saw this train wreck that was about to happen in the housing industry because of these bad loans. Now these same people and illegal immigrants weren't and aren't paying back their loans, and what is the result is foreclosures by the dozen. Both Bush and McCain attempted to repair and prevent what was about to happen, but Democrats, including Barack Obama and Chris Dodd, who benefitted big time in political contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, prevented these measures to be taken. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are corrupt institutions set up by Democrats and propped up by Democrats to this day. The arcitects of this mess are Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Senator Chuck Shummer, Senator Chris Dodd, Congressman Barney Frank, and Senator Harry Reed, who are all Democrats. These people must not be re elected, except for Carter and Clinton who aren't running for anything. If there was a Republican involved, you bet there would be investigations galore. This is why Barack Obama should never be allowed to get to the White House. He is a corrupt political thug. Thanks to him and his cronies, the housing market is in shambles. In a plan, Obama and Democrats have plans to take funds and expand government and give money to corrupt organizations like ACORN. This is what happens when the federal government regulates and gets into the private sector. Nothing good ever comes out of it.

I want to take a moment to thank all fellow ForumZ members, and ForumZ friends who have nominated me (and my Go ManGo!) month after month, to finally see me make it into the list of COTM finalists.

Wow!!! What an honor! How I could ever have been fortunate enough is still a point to ponder for me. One thing is for sure: I could NOT have made it into the COTM finals without the help of the great people here, doing their part so well, and often so much better than I ever could:

Contributing and reaching out to other Charger owners with tips about maintaining or fixing the car, sharing their knowledge, and advice, and sometimes dishing out criticism, or admonishment, when needed. Best of all, keeping this forum one of the best places to come and "hang out" or sometimes to voice off... which ever comes first.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

I should be finding out sometime next week when I am going to get an interview for the job in Florida. This whole process has been very draining on me. There are so many postive and negatives for going to Tampa and for staying here in Chicago.

I guess the biggest question on my mind is do I really want to leave? I feel like that is what my life is about either I am doing the leaving or someone is leaving me. The thing is after 27 years it does not get any easier and I am pretty sure it never will. Sigh.

I figured for my first blog on here I would try to be entertaining. I was heading home, minding my own business when this assclown in a Vette pulls up next to me. I was on the phone so my windows and sunroof were closed. My friend on the phone could hear this ******* rev'ing at me.

He had a chick in the car with him so I am sure he was trying to be a badass showing off for her. So we hit a redlight, note 2 lane road and we both have a car each in front of us. He says something to me so I roll down the window and ask him what he said. He goes want to race? By this time I was pissy and had hung up the phone because I knew he was going to do this.

So I was like sure and shook my head no. Light changes cars in front of us go and he just about plows into one of them. A third lane opens up and he guns it and flys in the middle of the two cars. I follow but at a sensible pace. Ok so here is where I have a question, if you are going to race someone once you get clear road don't you normally wait for the other car?

Well assclown didn't get the memo and he is hauling ass away from me. So feck him I am not wasting gas chasing his ass down. I don't know what exhaust he had on the Vette but it sounded like a sick duck. The car was running so rich I could still smell it inside my car for the rest of my ride.

So hopefully he got some ass :3-smash: from the blonde in the car because he beat up on little old me.

Hope you enjoyed.

The Truth About Barrack Hussien Obama

We, as a free nation, cannot afford an Obama presidency. He will raise our taxes, punish achievement, attempt to force national health care apon us...

We, as a free nation, cannot afford an Obama presidency. He will raise our taxes, punish achievement, attempt to force national health care apon us which will raise our taxes even further. He does not have a sane energy plan or solution, in fact, he will further the problem and magnify it. He will tax the oil and energy companies, which will raise the prices of all energies, especially gas and oil. He will force us to conserve all energies, especially oil and gas. This will mean we will have to drive piece of **** tiny coffins that most people hate. Also the CAFE standards will become even more stupid. All this means is more of our money being forced to further research for alternative fuels and energy that has not, does not, and will not work. Ethanol is one such failure which has raised the price of everything that has to do with corn, including all meats. This will do horrible damage to our economy. American businesses, industry and families will suffer greatly under an Obama presidency. You think foreclosures are bad now, wait until he gets into the White House. Sky rocketing inflation while the dollar plunges even further down. American businesses will be handicapped in a world economy, falling disturbing behind the rest of the world. Barrack Obama is a communist, pure and simple. We will have a near depression like economy, we cannot afford an Obama presidency.
The man has virtually no experience as a legislator. He hasn't even sponsored any bills or legislation in his very short time in the Senate. He has ties to terrorists and organized crime. As an Illinios delagate, he voted against bills that would reduce gang violence and organized crime. When he opens his mouth, he speaks in controdictory language. Everthing he does is scripted and if there is something that strays away from that script, his responses are like a deer looking into headlights. He thinks he is above it all, but in reality, the man is as dumb as a bag of rocks. He has no common sense at all. The American liberal media and press love him, thinks he is the second coming, in reality, he will be the 2nd term of the Jimmy Carter administration.
His wife and him are both part of the hate America first crowd like many liberals such as themselves. You thought Hillary Clinton had a big influence in the Bill Clinton administration, you haven't seen anything yet, Michelle will be pulling Barrack's strings. They are both as liberal as you can get, communists. They both think government can solve all problems, when in turn government is the biggest screw up. Only exception is when it comes to the military when a Republican is in the White House. The United States of America cannot afford a Barrack Hussien Obama presidency.

They Want Us To Suffer

Did you know that liberal Democrats want all of us to suffer. They are the main reason for the high oil and food prices. Because of them, they and their liberal enviromentalist wackos fought every step to prevent the US oil companies from drilling for domestic oil. They love it, they thrive it. They hate it when people do not have to rely on them. They want us all to use poor public transportation, and in order to do that, they want us to move into the cities so they can have even more control over our daily lives. It is all about control, this is what motivates liberal Democrats and some liberal Republicans. Their motto is; What is good for the country is bad for the Democrats , and what is bad for the country is good for the Democrats. They want to control how we live, where we go , what we drive, when we drive, what we eat, how much we eat, what our kids learn, how much energy we can use, what kind of light bulbs we can use, etc, etc. You get the pattern here. It is most important that these insane people in this insane party do NOT get elected in November. We must have a conservative House and Senate in order for our country to be saved from these control freaks, aka communists. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Democrat) wants to kill free speech in radio by bringing back the Fairness Doctrine. This will have a devistating effect to radio, you will not get to listen to what you want. The ring leader is none other than the Democratic nominee, Barack Hussien Obama. The more we suffer, the more he and his comrads enjoy it. I, for one, will not let the United States of America go to Hell in a hand basket by these doom and gloom communist liberals. I will fight them every step to the ballot box and beyond. Remember, liberals were very sad the day the Soviet Union was dissolved, so what does that tell you.
